Either the carrier concerned has not yet updated its timetable (this may be the case as winter or summer approaches). Most timetables for the winter season are available from November onwards. You will then get this error message :

"The carrier of this line has not yet sent us its schedule. They will be available for booking. »

Either your destination is not served at this time. You will then get this error message :

"The carrier does not operate a service on that day on that route. We suggest you change your travel date. »
