Time Limit for Filing a Claim
For Cars Région* routes, all claims must be submitted within 15 days of the trip.
For a round trip, this time limit applies separately to the outbound and return legs, depending on which leg is the subject of the request.
* Cars Région routes correspond to tickets beginning with AIG, BOR, BMB, BSG, JAC, MSG, MOG, ORE, SAG, SMG, Y51, Y62, and Y91.
