Only Altibus employees, service providers, suppliers and carriers have access to your information. This information enables us to provide you with a satisfactory response as quickly as possible.

Do we have the right to use this information?
The fact that you are awaiting a reply from us constitutes consent to the use of this information to reply to you.

Where is your information stored and how long is it kept?
On servers in European Union countries for three years, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We undertake to implement appropriate protection measures. It is then deleted. It is not passed on to any other organization.

What are your rights?

If you have decided to receive information on the regular tourist routes of the Alps, you will receive our newsletter on a quarterly basis. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter.

We evaluate our service through a trusted third party: Trustpilot, who will contact you a few days after your purchase by email. If you no longer wish to receive surveys on our services, you can unsubscribe directly from the Trustpilot emailing. If you would like to unsubscribe from the Trustpilot online evaluation tool, you can also do so by sending an email to privacy@trustpilot.com.

We use Google Forms to collect your data when you register for our winter 2025-2026 sales opening newsletter. The information entered in the form is hosted and processed by Google as a subcontractor, solely on our behalf.
