The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GCU") is to define the conditions of access and use by any person accessing or attempting to access (hereinafter "you", "your") the altibus.com website.
The Site's legal notices are available here. They enable you to identify the Site's publisher (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our").
SITE ACCESS
The use of the Site and all or part of its content, information and services (hereinafter together the "Services") is subject to your full, complete and irrevocable acceptance of the GCU, as well as your acceptance of our Special Conditions relating to the protection of personal data and our Special Conditions for the management of cookies (hereinafter together the "Conditions of Use").

If you use a third party's equipment to access our Services, you warrant that you have the consent of that third party.

- Inform you about the routes sold on Altibus (maps, timetables, itineraries and traffic information);
- Subscribe to the Altibus newsletter (via the services of our partners and sponsors);
To use the Site or Services, you warrant that you are of legal age, or if you are a minor, that you have the authorization of a legal representative. We reserve the right to implement measures to verify these conditions.
AVAILABILITY OF SITE SERVICES
We undertake to do our utmost to secure access, consultation and use of the Site. The content and information published on the Site are for information purposes only.
We make every effort to ensure that the Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it is possible that access to the Site may be interrupted for maintenance purposes or in cases of force majeure, such as the blocking of telecommunication or electricity networks, computer hacking, etc. We will do our utmost to provide you with accurate information concerning the routes and timetables of the transport networks we operate. In addition, we make every effort to provide you with accurate information about the routes and timetables of the transport networks we operate.
Please note that the timetable display and route calculation interfaces are based on data produced by us or by third-party network operators.

The content is the property of Transdev Group subsidiaries, our service providers or our partners.

In any event, and subject to the foregoing, the source (this Site and Transdev and Altibus and/or its subsidiaries) and, where applicable, the name of the author must be clearly indicated.
Any person failing to comply with the applicable legal provisions is guilty of the offence of counterfeiting and is liable to the penal sanctions provided for by law, notwithstanding any other recourse of the owners or any other rightful claimant.
Trademarks, product or service names, domain names and company names mentioned on this Site remain the property of their respective owners.
Mention of links or trademarks, names, services, domain names and names of other companies does not imply any association whatsoever between us and such companies, products, services, trademarks, names or names.
RESPONSIBILITY
We exclude all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of the Site, including any warranty of quality or fitness for a particular purpose. All Site content is provided "as is" and "as available".

PROOF, STORAGE AND ARCHIVING

The computerized registers kept in our computerized information systems, in compliance with state-of-the-art security rules, will be considered as proof of e-mail communications, registration form submissions, document downloads, acceptances, service subscriptions and order placement. All such information and documents shall be archived on a medium capable of ensuring the faithful and durable nature required by the legal provisions in force. It is agreed that in the event of any discrepancy between our computerized records and any documents in whatever format (paper, electronic or other) that you may have, our computerized records shall prevail.
MEDIATION
